Mrunal Shah

With over 15 years of experience in cross-border taxation, corporate structuring, and litigation, Mrunal has advised marquee clients including Adani Group, CMA CGM, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), and DP World. Known for his analytical clarity and practical approach, he actively contributes to professional bodies such as the Direct Tax Committee of GCCI and ICAI–WIRC.

Nehal Sheth

A former Associate Partner at EY, Nehal brings over 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A, tax, regulatory and succession planning. His passion for entrepreneurship had led him to mentor at the Atal Incubation Centre (Gujarat University) and serve on the GCCI Start-up Committee. Nehal also serves as a Board Member of the Indo-Canadian Business Chamber and contributes regularly to thought leadership in international taxation.
